Sidney H. Phillips, MD.

Sidney H. Phillips, M.D., is Associate Clinical Professor of Psychiatry at the Yale School of Medicine, Training and Supervising Analyst at the Western New England Institute for Psychoanalysis where is on the faculty and is chair of the Education Committee. He is in private practice of psychiatry, psychotherapy, and psychoanalysis in New Haven, Connecticut, U.S.A.  He is a graduate of Baylor College of Medicine.

Dr. Philips has a particular interest in male homosexuality and has published, award-winning articles in this area. He has published several articles in the major, peer-reviewed, psychoanalytic journals such as Psychoanalytic Quarterly, Journal of the American Psychoanalytic Association, International Journal of Psychoanalysis, Journal of the American Psychoanalytic Association.
