HamAva was established in 2014 by a team of clinicians and educators who share a passion for practicing, researching, and teaching psychoanalysis.
We offer a variety of mental health and educational programs and services, including psychological consultation, psychoanalysis, psychoanalytic supervision, adult and child psychotherapy, and psychodynamic family and marriage therapy. We also offer talks and workshops on topics of interest to all mental health professionals and graduate students.
WE ARE NOT COMMITTED TO ANY ORTHODOXY OR DOGMA. WE SEEK HUMAN UNDERSTANDING AND INSIGHT FROM MULTIPLE THEORETICAL PERSPECTIVES THAT MAY HELP US LIVE WITHIN THE LIMITS OF OUR EXISTENTIAL CONDITIONS.
